A hydraulic circuit for the downflow of water from a tunnel (1) is defined by a plurality of siphons (4) which are distributed along the tunnel (1), are mounted below a roadway (2) of the tunnel (1), are adapted to receive the water on the roadway (2) itself, and are connected in series to one another.
