The present invention relates to a system for purchasing an Internet lottery ticket and for operating an Internet lottery, which links the bundle of HTS item numbers of a financial investment product to the Internet lottery, and wherein a lottery ticket is purchased on the day before the regular market day for the financial investment product and the lottery information data determined on the day after the regular market day is matched. In more detail, when a lottery ticket is purchased using a consumer terminal via an Internet network, the rise and fall of the financial investment product occurring during the trading hours (such as the after-hours market period prior to the opening of the regular market, the regular market hours, the simultaneous bid-and-offer hours before the ending of the regular market, the after-hours market period after the ending of the regular market day, the after-hours closing quotation trading period, the after-hours single price trading period, and the closing period of the regular market) of the consumer terminal are included in the bundle of HTS item numbers as the first stage of lottery information data.
