A nursing device for bedridden patient comprises a host machine, a waste cushion and a sewage suction pipe. The host machine comprises a motor (10) and a function control device electrically connected with the motor (10). A sewage bucket (21), a purified water bucket (14) and a liquid medicine box (75) are arranged in the host machine and electrically isolated from the motor (10) through the inner frame (11) of the host machine. The sewage bucket (21) is movably connected to the inner frame by a movable member (24). A pipeline system comprises the sewage bucket (21), the purified water bucket (14), the liquid medicine box (75), a hot water valve (31), a hot water pump (32), a cold water pump (33), a liquid medicine pump (34), a liquid medicine valve (35), a water heater (36) and a cold water valve (37). The pipeline system is electrically connected with the function control device. The waste cushion is an excrement collecting groove and is connected to the sewage bucket (21) in the host machine through the sewage suction pipe.
