An intelligent synchronous prestress tensioning system, comprising a control component (26) and two tensioning components oppositely arranged connected to the control component (26). Each tensioning component comprises a tensioning hydraulic cylinder apparatus (20) and a drive apparatus, wherein the drive apparatus comprises an oil tank (1), a drive pump arranged in the oil tank (1), a motor (3) and a drive control mechanism; the output end of the motor (3) is connected to the drive pump (2), the control end is connected to the control component (26), and the oil tank (1) communicates with the tensioning hydraulic cylinder apparatus (20) through a pipe line.
