LOW PRESSURE-DROP ROTARY BED HIGH-GRAVITY DEVICE WITH NANO-MICRO STRUCTURED PACKING AND USE THEREOF

A rotary bed high-gravity device with nano-micro structured packing and the use thereof are disclosed. Said high-gravity device comprises: a rotational part installed in a sealed housing (4) and consisted of a rotor (14) and a packing (16); liquid inlet (7) and outlet (3) and gas inlet (10) and outlet (5) on the housing (4) and a top lid (6); and a liquid distributer (8) which extends into the central cavity of the rotor (14), wherein nano-micro structured SiC, sintered ceramic or sintered Ti-based alloy powder packing is used as the packing (16). The high-gravity device is used for deep removal of SO₂ in tail gases in sulfuric acid industry, and the like, which requires low pressure drop.
