The present invention relates to an LED lighting apparatus using light which is emitted from a light source unit and converted into electric energy by installing solar cells. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the LED lighting apparatus can diffuse light and convert wasted light into power since the dye-sensitized solar cells function as a diffusion plate. Additionally, the present invention can provide an eco-friendly LED lighting apparatus by reducing energy consumption and discharge of greenhouse gases and improve heat radiation efficiency of the LED lighting apparatus when energy generated from the dye-sensitized solar cells is used to cool the LED lighting apparatus.
