The device has a frame (13) with head parts (17, 18) and two pairs of guide rods (19, 19', 20, 20') that are connected with each other. Round files (14, 15) are assigned to each pair of rods and are arranged parallel to a longitudinal axis (42). Two file surfaces (39, 39') are formed at a flat file (16) and are arranged parallel to one another. The file surfaces are held in a longitudinal direction and perpendicularly held in recesses in an exchangeable manner. The rods, the associated round file and the respective file surfaces are arranged rotationally symmetric to the longitudinal axis.
