The unit has two pivotable operating members (2a, 2b) arranged at a cabinet relative to recording of mechanical components of control electronics. Two sleeve shafts (11) are located on the cabinet, where position of the sleeve shafts is changed by rotating the pivotable operating members. The sleeve shafts are provided with an external gear and an internal gear corresponding to the operating members. The operating members are axially arranged on the sleeve shafts in a displaceable manner, where the sleeve shafts are mechanically coupled with one another.
