A zero-valent iron two-phase anaerobic reactor comprises a cylindrical anaerobic hydrolysis-acidification reactor (1), a water input pump (2), an adjusting tank (4), a circulating pump (5) and an anaerobic methane-producing reactor (6). A lower part of the anaerobic hydrolysis-acidification reactor (1) is connected to the water input pump (2) through a water input pipe. A water output pipe on an upper part of the anaerobic hydrolysis-acidification reactor (1) is connected to the adjusting tank (4). The circulating pump (5) inputs the sewage in the adjusting tank (4) into the anaerobic methane-producing reactor (6) through a water input pipe. 2 to 4 zero-valent iron filled layers are disposed in the middle of the anaerobic hydrolysis-acidification reactor (1). The reactor has a simple and reasonable structure and good working performance, so the defect that the anaerobic reactor is difficult to be started and easy to be acidized is overcome, and the acid-producing capability and methane-producing capability are remarkably improved compared with those of a reactor of the same kind.
