The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing porous zeolite powder, manufacturing porous zeolite powder having nanoscale grains by reducing an oxide, and using the porous zeolite powder as a material for heat sinks and electrode plates for rechargeable batteries. According to the present invention, the apparatus for manufacturing porous zeolite powder comprises: a reduction chamber (20) including a chamber main body in which hydrogen gas is supplied to an oxide, the oxide is ground, and the oxide is reduced to remove oxygen therefrom, thereby manufacturing a porous zeolite powder in which a plurality of empty voids are formed in the spaces in the oxide which were previously occupied by oxygen, and also including at least one cooling zone-forming mesh (21) installed inside the chamber main body; a heater (30) for applying heat to the reduction chamber to form an atmosphere under which oxygen is reduced in the oxide; a cooling means installed around the periphery of the reduction chamber for cooling the porous zeolite powder to maintain the porosity of the porous zeolite powder which is reduced in the reduction chamber; and an anti-oxidation coating means for coating an anti-oxidant on the surface of the porous zeolite powder which has passed through the cooling means.
