In the generator with a rotor installed permanent magnet pieces and a stator, a winding coil of the stator for power coil 10,11 and a solenoid coil of the power coil side 141 and a solenoid coil of control side 142, are connected in series and a power terminal is provided at least between the solenoid coil 141 and 142 and a switch for letting flow a part of a current amount generated in the power coil to the solenoid coil 142 for controlling current amount flowing into the coil 142 by controlling the ON/OFF state of the switch 12 so that a generated voltage is controlled to a voltage that is set in advance in response to a signal detected by a sensor 16. On the other hand, neutral switches 391, 392 are used for increasing control range in the generator and motor.
