PURPOSE: A controller of a permanent magnet generator and the permanent magnet generator including the same are provided to control a controller with a predetermined voltage in low and high speed rotation of the generator by increasing the inductance of a power coil line without increasing the number of winding of a power coil.;CONSTITUTION: A rotor shaft(1) is rotationally supported by housings(3,5). A rotor(35) is fixed to the rotor shaft. A plurality of permanent magnet members(7) are mounted on the outer side of the rotor. A stator(2) is located on the outside of the rotor. A reinforcing member(4) is located on the outer circumference of the permanent magnet member.
