A catheter system 400 and related methods for percutaneous treatment of an aneurysm 320 comprising an outlet (412) for deploying an occluding agent such as a wire (302) or embolic coil; and a primary deflector 406b for deflecting the occluding agent. A second deflector 404b may be provided to cooperate with the first deflector. One or both of the deflectors may comprise controllably expandable balloons and guide or deflect the occluding agent into the aneurysm. This system is suitable for bifurcated aneurysms associated with the head and brain.
