The present invention provides an anti-glare film which has an anti-glare layer containing an active ray-curable resin on a base film. This anti-glare film is characterized in that: the anti-glare layer does not substantially contain fine particles and a resin that is incompatible with the active ray-curable resin; the anti-glare layer has an arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) of 300-1,500 nm; and the haze value of the anti-glare layer caused by internal scattering is 0-1.0%.
