The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a platinum-rhodium alloy in which oxides are dispersed. The object of the invention is to manufacture a platinum alloy powder containing platinum, rhodium, and an alloy element for providing oxides, by using plasma, and to manufacture an oxide-dispersion strengthened platinum-rhodium alloy material in which final oxides are finely dispersed. The present invention is designed to overcome the disadvantages of existing wet and dry methods for manufacturing platinum-rhodium alloy powder and oxide-dispersion strengthened platinum, such as a complicated manufacturing process, a high manufacturing cost, and a long manufacturing time. To this end, the object of the present invention comprises the following steps: manufacturing a platinum-rhodium alloy ingot by adding an alloy element for a target composition and an alloy element for providing oxides to platinum; manufacturing the alloy powder containing platinum, rhodium, and the alloy element for the oxides by using an environmentally-friendly plasma process; manufacturing a mold by injecting the powder that is manufactured; increasing density by means of high-temperature oxidation heat treatment and high-temperature pressure sintering; and manufacturing the oxide-dispersion strengthened platinum-rhodium alloy in which the fine oxides are dispersed, by means of hot working and cold working.
