摘要

The present invention relates to a manufacture of an oxide dispersion strengthened platinum-rhodium alloy utilized for an LCD glass manufacturing device. More specifically, the present invention provides a new method to manufacture an oxide dispersion strengthened platinum-rhodium alloy comprising: a step of manufacturing a platinum-rhodium alloy thin plate using a melt spinning method; a step of conducting internal oxidation by heating air within a short time; a step of obtaining a desirable density by using a spark plasma sintering (SPS) method; and a step of minutely dispersing oxide of high density to be minute through a post processing process lastly. The present invention obtains an effect of reducing a process period, and reduces the expenses when compared with a platinum-rhodium alloy manufacturing process using a past hot press used to obtain a desirable density.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
