The present invention provides a monitoring system capable of suitably accommodating information which is being suppressed, or modified and released, in a scene of censorship, such as preference information, and a visualization system for information required to achieve the monitoring system and a visualization function for the information. This information processing system extracts, on the basis of decomposed text data in which text data based on individually generated data generated by a multitude of individuals participating in and configuring a critical system has been decomposed so that meaning can be identified, data satisfying predetermined related conditions characterized by each community for a subject and predetermined characteristic conditions characterized by each of the communities regarding attributes of the subject, extracts data satisfying specific conditions indicating a predetermined specificity characterized by each community for the subject, and detects and visualizes the predetermined specificity so as to determine individuals who should be monitored and the monitored content for which the monitoring is to be controlled.
