METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR COORDINATING CO-CHANNEL INTERFERENCE BASED ON POWER CONTROL

Disclosed are a method and a system for coordinating co-channel interference based on power control. A central control point (CCP) allocates weights to base stations using the same band of spectrum according to information of service users and/or information of services subordinate to the base stations, and then calculates maximum transmit power of the base stations. The CCP selects a minimum value of all the maximum transmit power calculated for the base stations and maximum transmit power allowed for the base stations to serve as maximum transmit power of the base stations, and instructs the base stations to work at the selected maximum transmit power when using the spectrum. Through the present invention, the quality of services of high priority users can be ensured, and meanwhile, downlink interference produced by different base stations when using the same band of spectrum can be controlled at a reasonable level, thereby coordinating co-channel interference between cells and reducing co-channel interference between cells controlled by the base stations.
