The installation apparatus (1) has a central sensor (13), a carbon dioxide (CO2) determining ambient air quality sensor (17) and a control unit (15) which are connected over the contact (22) from house bus system (33). The control unit evaluates the sensor signal output from the ambient air quality sensor by a sensor signal evaluation unit, and passes the evaluation signal over the bus (10) to the house bus system.
