The separating element has a shape of a hand fan wall (1), which is placed in a box (6) in its idle position. The box has doors (7), which are opened. The hand fan fin (2,2',2'') is fastened to a fixed side wall (8) of the box and another fin (2n) is fastened against the fixed side wall at the edge (9) of the openable door. The former fan fin is bordered by strong bars (3,3',3'',3''',3n) of the fan.
