The invention is a device for dispensing one or more skin treatment substances comprising a reservoir (2) for the treatment substances and a dispensing element (3) for dispensing the substances onto the skin. A valve (4) is provided that is suited to properly connect the reservoir (2) to the dispensing element (3) and comprises a dosage chamber (5) with predetermined volume suited to contain one portion of the treatment substances. In greater detail, substance passage means (6) are provided, which are suited to alternately place the dosage chamber (5) in fluid communication with the reservoir (2) in order to fill it or with the dispensing element (3) in order to dispense the treatment substances.
