PURPOSE: A ramp field operation apparatus of a flight information management system is provided to perform the reception confirmation of information and online transmission of stand change information. CONSTITUTION: A ramp operation schedule setting unit(141) sets up an operation schedule from operating information by ramp. A ramp operating schedule management unit(142) manages an operation schedule of a ramp according to setting information. A schedule change processing unit(144) changes an operation schedule. A scheduler management unit(146) monitors an operation schedule through a ramp operating scheduler(150).
