PURPOSE: A particle separating unit and a particle separating system using the same are provided to improve the accuracy of a particle separating process with respect to three or more kinds of particles contained in first fluid.;CONSTITUTION: A particle separating unit(10) includes a substrate on which a micro channel(20) is formed. The micro channel includes a first supplying flow path(21), a second supplying flow path(22), and a first integrated flow path(23). First fluid containing three or more kinds of particles of different sizes and refractive indexes is introduced into the first supplying flow path. Second fluid without a particle is introduced into the second supplying flow path. The first integrated flow path is in connection with the supplying flow paths and receives the first fluid and the second fluid. A laser beam irradiating region(26) is arranged in the first integrated flow path to separate the particles contained in the first fluid.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
