PURPOSE: UZM-12 zeolite, a method for synthesizing the same, and a methanol converting catalyst using the same are provided to influence a catalytic reaction based on the variation of a crystal size. CONSTITUTION: UZM-12 zeolite includes one of structural formulas 1 to 4. In the formulas, the n is between 4 and 7. The UZM-12 zeolite is represented by chemical formula, 100XO_2:aY_2O_3:bM_2O. In the chemical formula, the a is more than or equal to 15 and is less than or equal to 25. The b is more than or equal to 4 and is more than or equal to 8. The M is selected from one or more alkaline metal cation, ammonium, and hydrogen. The X is silicon or germanium. The Y is aluminum of gallium.
