PURPOSE: An environment-friendly fluid pressure pipe system is provided to prevent the contamination of river water by minimizing the jamming of foreign material at the fluid pressure pipe by directly connecting the fluid pressure pipe with the inside of a hydraulic cylinder.;CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly fluid pressure pipe system comprises a cylinder(400) and a cylinder rod(300). A cylinder shaft(600) is located in the lower part of the cylinder. A lower hydraulic pipeline(500) and an upper hydraulic pipeline(502) are formed in the inside other side and one side of the cylinder shaft. A lower projected hydraulic pipeline(501) is located in the end tip of the lower hydraulic piping line.
