PURPOSE: A cooling and heating cabinet for storing herb medicine is provided to prevent the spoilage and decomposition of herb medicine by maintaining proper temperature and humidity, at which herb medicine is not spoiled.;CONSTITUTION: A cooling and heating cabinet for storing herb medicine comprises a body(100), a storing unit(200), a cooling unit, a heating unit, and a display unit(500). The body comprises an internal space, in which herb medicine is held. The storing unit comprises a plurality of spaces, which are in the body. The cooling unit maintains the cold state of the storing unit. The heating unit maintains the hot state of the storing unit.
