PURPOSE: A keyboard arrangement design on a touch screen and character input method is provided to enable a user to rapidly input characters by enabling a user to control a touch screen keyboard using a finger.;CONSTITUTION: When fingers are connected to the keyboard button(1) of a touch screen over predetermined time, an input signal is not allow to be recognized in a terminal. A character eliminates a character display(2) from the keyboard button, is displayed the upper side of the key board button.
