PURPOSE: A surface plasmon resonance sensor equipped with a nanorod is provided to manufacturing a surface plasmon resonance sensor haiving suitable measurement sensitivity in various fields by controlling the number, size and height per unit area.;CONSTITUTION: A surface plasmon resonance sensor(100) equipped with a nanorod comprises a transparent substrate(101), a metal thin film, a seed thin film(105) and a nanorod(107). The metal thin film is arranged in the upper side of the transparent substrate. The seed thin film is formed in the upper side of the metal thin film. The nanorod is formed in the upper side of the seed thin film. The sensor comprises the deposited metal particle in the nanorod.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
