PURPOSE: A forming method of double curved sheet metal is provided to obtain a desirable horizontal and vertical radius of curvature by inputting an initial forming radius of curvature to a roll forming device.;CONSTITUTION: A forming method of double curved sheet metal comprises the following steps. The initial forming radius of curvature is determined in consideration of a spring back in order to mold the metal plate to the final radius of curvature(S2). The metal plate is molded with the curvature molding apparatus according to the initial forming radius of curvature to the traverse direction and longitudinal direction in order that the radius of curvature after springback generates has the same value as the final radius of curvature(S3).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
