PURPOSE: A thermoelectric material, a complex material based on the same, and a method for manufacturing the thermoelectric material and the complex material are provided to improve electric conductivity and the seebec coefficient based on a scattering effect due to the dispersing effect of carbon nanotubes.;CONSTITUTION: A thermoelectric material manufactures a first solution and a second solution(S100). Carbon nanotubes are dispersed in the first solution. The second solution is mixed with metal salt. The first solution and the second solution are mixed to obtain a mixed solution(S200). The mixed solution is chemically reacted to generate and grow the mixed powder of the carbon nanotubes and the metal(S300). The mixed powder is mechanically pulverized and mixed(S400). The pulverized and mixed powder is thermally treated(S500). The mixed powder includes tellurium, bismuth, and one or more of antimony and selenium.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
