NOVEL -L-ARABINOFURANOSIDASE AND PREPARATION METHOD FOR ARABINOSE FROM HEMICELLULOSE ARABINAN BY USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A novel alpha-L-arabinofuranosidase and a method for preparing arabinose using the same are provided to produce monosaccharide L-arabinose with high specificity. CONSTITUTION: An alpha-L-arabinofuranosidase has a sequence of sequence number 1. A gene encoding the alpha-L-arabinofuranosidase contains a base sequence of sequence number 2. A composition for preparing L-arabinose contains the alpha-L-arabinofuranosidase. The composition further contains endo-1,5-L-arabinanase having an amino acid sequence of sequence number 3. L-arabinose is prepared using the alpha-L-arabinofuranosidase and endo-1,5-alpha-L-arabinanase.
