PURPOSE: A black box for a vehicle is provided to secure the time to back up data until the memory card is separated by recognizing the removal intention of a memory card about the external shock.;CONSTITUTION: A black box for a vehicle comprises a memory card slot(11), a cover(13), and a plug connector(15). The memory card slot is formed in order that the external memory card is inserted into a main body. The cover opens and closes the memory card slot. The cover opens and closes the memory card slot while moving slide. The plug connector is composed in order that a power plug(30) is separated and the power is down before the cover is opened. The plug connector is formed in order that the power plug is inserted into the location obstructing the opening of the cover.
