PURPOSE: A sewer dredging device and a dredging method equipped with a foldable cart are provided to discharge the deposit from the inside of a drain pipe.;CONSTITUTION: A sewer dredging device comprises a sewer pipe dredge(1) and a dehydration device(100). The sewer dredge dredges the deposit within a sewer pipe. The sewer dredge comprises a cart(10), a mobile tool(20), a connecting member(30), and an introducer. The cart is formed in order to control back and forth movement and left and right movement. The connecting member is connected to the mobile tool to adjust an angle.
