AUTOMATIC FOCUSING METHOD OF AN OPTOMETER WHICH AUTOMATICALLY MEASURES VARIOUS VISION DATA

PURPOSE: An automatic focusing method of an optometer is provided to automatically focus on in a fast time.;CONSTITUTION: An LED(50) is separated at an equal interval in the center of an eyeball(1) and focuses. An LED image is generated in the LED and is reflected in the eyeball. A distance from the center of the eyeball to the central point of the LED image is measured while an aperture(2) is opened and shut in one spot. The optometer moves to a measurement point and performs measurement. The optometer performs the measurement in different positions and calculates distances in the closed state and the opened state of the aperture. The optometer displays a detected value in each position using a graph. The optometer detects the distance between the center of the LED image and the center of the eyeball in the closed state and the opened state of the aperture when focusing regardless of the positions. The detected value and the graph are compared and the optometer moves as much as a separated distance and direction from the focal distance of the optometer and automatically forms a focus.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
