PLATE PRE-STRESSING GIRDER, WHICH HAS IMPROVED SAFETY ASSESSMENT, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A plate pre-stressing girder and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enable a user to make big pre-stressing effect using a low-capacity hydraulic jack.;CONSTITUTION: A steel beam(10) is located on both ends of the section for introducing the pre-stressing. A bracket(20) is respectively fixed on the lower surface of the steel beam. The upper side of the steel sheet is supported between two brackets. The girder comprises multiple support stands(40). Multiple support stands are installed in the symmetrized location of the section. The supporters are located higher than the height of the bracket. The bracket is fixed in both ends of the steel sheet.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
