PURPOSE: A cutting cartridge of a computer numerical control lathe and a machining method using the same are provided to process a workpiece in a desired shape by driving a cutting tool according to control since numeric data for machining is input to a processor.;CONSTITUTION: A cutting cartridge(10C) of a CNC(Computer Numerical Control) lathe comprises a cartridge mounting unit(11c) and a cartridge cutting unit(13c). The cartridge mounting unit is separably mounted on the cartridge holder(10H) of the machining block(10B) of the CNC lathe. The cutting unit is extended from the mounting unit.
