PURPOSE: A recombinant swine H1N1 virus and a virus vaccine containing the same are provided to protect domestic piggery from the virus and to suppress mutant virus expression.;CONSTITUTION: A recombinant swine H1N1 virus contains a gene of sequence numbers 1-6 in an internal gene of A/swine/Korea/CAN01/04 (H1N1) virus of deposit number KCTC 11165BP and virus surface protein gene of deposit number KCTC 11690BP. The virus surface protein gene has HA of sequence number 7 and NA gene of sequence number 8. A vaccine for swine H1N1 virus contains the recombinant swine H1N1 virus.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
