PURPOSE: Anti-spalling high strength mortar, a method for manufacturing the same, the anti-spalling coating structure of a concrete structure using the same, a method for an anti-spalling coating layer using the same are provided to prevent the spalling phenomenon of the concrete structure due to thermal stress. CONSTITUTION: Anti-spalling high strength mortar(M) is composed of polymer cement mortar, organic fiber, and additive. The polymer cement mortar is composed of cement, fine aggregate, water, and polymer. The organic fiber is composed of polypropylene fiber or cellulose fiber. The additive is composed of silica, Portland cement, alumina cement, silica fume, lime, a water reducing agent, a dispersing agent, anhydrite, and acrylic fiber.
