MARINE FAIRLEAD CAPABLE OF IMPROVING THE WORKABILITY FOR THE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A HORIZONTAL ROLLER

PURPOSE: A marine fairlead is provided to prevent the interference between a horizontal shaft and a neighboring hull portion by only repairing a damaged horizontal roller through the constitution of a horizontal roller.;CONSTITUTION: A marine fairlead comprises a frame, a horizontal roller(R1), a vertical roller and an assembly unit(30). The frame comprises side plates which connects the upper and lower plates and an inner side plate and is installed on the deck of the ship. The horizontal roller is installed in the frame through a horizontal shaft. The vertical roller is installed in the frame through a vertical shaft. The number of vertical rollers is one bigger than the number of horizontal rollers. The assembly unit installs both end parts of the horizontal shaft between each side plate of the frame in one-direction following the axis perpendicular direction.
