PURPOSE: A synthesized curcuminoid derivative is provided to ensure excellent stability, antioxidation, and anti-cancer effect.;CONSTITUTION: A composition with radiosensitization effect contains a compound of chemical formula 1 as an active ingredient. In chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 are OH; and R3 and R4 are H or CH_3O. The radiosensitization effect is sensitization to cancer cells. The cancer cells are skin cancer, gastric cancer, or breast cancer. The radiation is gamma ray. A composition which is more stable than natural curcumin contains the compound of chemical formula 1 as an active ingredient.
