RED TIDE ORGANISMS INHIBITORS BY BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTANCES IN THE SEDIMENTS OF MARINE BACTERIA AND METHOD FOR INHIBITING RED TIDE ORGANISMS

PURPOSE: A red tide inhibitor using physiologically active substances and a method for inhibiting red tide using the same are provided to suppress red tide and to prevent secondary pollution. CONSTITUTION: A red tide inhibitor contains physiologically active substances which are generated from marine bacterium. The red tide is suppressed using the inhibitor. A method for manufacturing the inhibitor comprises: a step of collecting marine sediment using a collector; a step of suspending the marine sediment in a saline solution; a step of precipitating the marine sediment and smearing and culturing floating marine bacteria after precipitation; a step of selecting a specific marine bacteria colony among the marine bacteria and performing primary pure culture; a step of performing secondary pure culture; a step of culturing the marine bacteria and storing at low temperature; a step of inoculating the stored marine bacteria into a liquid medium and shaking; a step of centrifuging to collect culture supernatant; a step of mixing with a solvent to obtain concentrated physiologically active substances; a step of isolating water and solvent containing the physiologically active substances; a step of concentrating the physiologically active substance; and a step of dissolving the physiologically active substance using the solvent.
