PURPOSE: A polymer dispersed liquid crystal display device and a method of manufacturing thereof are provided to form a polymer dispersed liquid crystal layer to locate a second liquid crystal layer area on a first liquid crystal layer area.;CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(10) has a reflecting layer(11). A first and a second electrode(13,53) are formed on inner surface of the first and second substrate(50). A polymer dispersed liquid crystal layer(20) is prepared between a first and second substrate. The polymer dispersed liquid crystal layer includes a first liquid crystal layer area(30) and a second liquid crystal layer area(40). The first liquid crystal layer area includes a dispersed polymer(31) and the liquid(35).
