PURPOSE: A control method of a refrigerator is provided to improve the efficiency of a cooling cycle and reduce the power consumption by omitting a pump down task.;CONSTITUTION: A control method of a refrigerator comprises the following steps. A compressor is driven. The refrigerant flow passage of a cooling evaporator is opened with the operation of a valve through the driving of the compressor. The freezing fan is driven at the same time or after time of the opening of the refrigerant flow path of a cooling evaporator.
