PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a toner is provided to stably manufacture toner particles of durability, anti-aging characteristic, and developing characteristic and to suppress the precipitation and the coagulation of a coloring agent in a coloring gent dispersing solution.;CONSTITUTION: A coloring agent dispersing solution is obtained by dispersing a pigment-containing coloring gent into a mixed solution containing a resin dissolved solution or a polymeric monomer. The mixed solution contains a non-ionic surfactant. The non-ionic surfactant includes at least oxyalkylene group. The hydrophilic lipophlic balance of the non-ionic surfactant is between 9.0 and 17.0. The non-ionic surfactant is polyalkylene glycol type non-ionic surfactant.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
