PURPOSE: A semiconductor storage device based on a cache manager and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enable maximum high speed data process in an existing interface environment by supporting a low data processing speed of a host and a high data processing speed of a memory disk.;CONSTITUTION: One set of cache metadata units(362) is combined in a cache controller(360). One set of cache algorithms(364) uses cache metadata units and determines the optimum cache operation. A cache adaptation manager(366) is combined in the cache controller. A monitoring manager(368) is combined in the cache adaptation administrator. The cache controller controls the load of the SSD(Semiconductor Storage Device) based on a cash manager.
