DUAL HYDRAULIC DISK BRAKE SYSTEM FOR HOT METAL CHARGING CRANE IN AN IRON WORKS

PURPOSE: The time and the money putting into in the organizing of the fluid pressure disk brake can be saved. It can operate in one hydraulic unit malfunction to the hydraulic unit of the other. The start-up resistance ability can be improved a lot. CONSTITUTION: A dual hydraulic disk brake system for hot metal charging crane in an iron works comprises a plurality of calipers(110,111), a plurality of hydraulic units(120,121), a hydraulic pipeline(140), and a cutoff valve(130). A plurality of calipers is installed in both sides of a disk(102) of a drum(100). A plurality of calipers stops the rotation of drum with a brake lining(115). It offers the fluid pressure to caliper and a plurality of hydraulic units pressurizes the brake lining to disc. The hydraulic pipeline interlinks caliper and hydraulic unit. In the cutoff valve is the shear of caliper, it is installed in the hydraulic pipeline. The cutoff valve blocks the hydraulic feeding about each caliper.
