PURPOSE: An intake and exhaust passage protection device and a food garbage disposal device including the same are provided to prevent the jamming of the intake and exhaust passage due to the food garbage by preventing the food garbage from being pushed into the intake and exhaust passage along the inner wall of a drying furnace.;CONSTITUTION: An intake and exhaust passage protection device comprises a hopper(10), a plate barrier body(20), first and second plate barrier units(30,40). The hopper comprises a joint(11) and an inclined portion(12). The joint is combined in the hopper inner side of the food garbage disposal device. The inclined portions are extended to the lower and center of the hopper from the joint. The plate barrier body is downward extended from one or more inclined portion. The first plate barrier is extended from the inner side upper end of one or more plate barrier body to the center of the hopper.
