PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a manicure brush and the manicure brush are provided to improve the productivity of the manicure brush and to easily coat the inner corner part of nails by expanding the coating area of a manicure coating solution.;CONSTITUTION: A bundle of brush hair(120) is prepared. An adhesive is applied to one side of the bundle of the brush air, and one side of the bundle is bonded. An adhesive layer is hardened after a pre-set time is elapsed. The adhesive layer is cut into a pre-set size using a laser cutter. The cut brush hair is assembled with the lower side of a brush rod.
