PURPOSE: A fish or meat slice drying device for a producing apparatus of snacks obtained by rolling nuts with the dried fish or meat slices is provided to reduce the working time and manpower for drying fish or meat slices.;CONSTITUTION: A fish or meat slice drying device comprises the following: a moving unit(130) including a gripping and rotating unit for gripping fish or meat slices; a driver(150) rotating a driving shaft(153); a fish or meat slice drier(170) rolling the fish or meat slices from the inside of a gripping member; a fixing bracket(111) with both ends fixed to the bottom of the device; a pneumatic cylinder(112) moving a piston to the forward and backward direction by the inflow and outflow of compressed air from a compressed air supply unit; a connection piece(131) fixed to the piston; a mounting piece(133) mounted on the upper side of the connection piece using a screw; a driving motor(151) installed on one side of an installation plate of the moving unit; and a fixing flange unit(152) with one end rotatably inserted into the driving motor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
