PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for purifying contaminated water are provided to purify the contaminated water based on the difference of relatively specific gravity of water and to accelerate collision and reaction between the molecules of contaminated water based on a brush.;CONSTITUTION: A filter filters the fluid of a target. A filtering container(1) temporarily contains the filtered fluid. A stirring unit stirs the contained fluid and generates reactions due to the collision and the friction of molecules A fluid inlet is formed at the upper side of the filtering container, and a fluid outlet(8) is formed at the lower side of the filtering container. Filtered fluid is introduced through the inlet of the filtering container. Purified resultants are discharged through the fluid outlet.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
